Option #2. Upgrade to the latest version of LogTag Analyzer. (A very common cause of problems is running an outdated version of software.)
Option # 3.
Send us a software help request from LogTag Analyzer.
This function packages up an email and includes system information that may assist us solving the problem.
Attach any related files (LTDs for example) of data that may help the diagnosis.
Option #4.
Fillout and submit a Request Help form .. Use this option only if you cannot get LogTag Analyzer to run or cannot get the Request help function in Option#3 to operate.
